When you use a naming tool, you may enter names, words, themes, styles, or other preferences. These inputs are used to create results in your browser and are not stored in our project database merely to generate results.

Some tools can save favorites in your browser's local storage. If you use the Contact page, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you submit so we can read and respond to your inquiry.

Google provides our Analytics measurement service. Analytics information may be processed by Google and its infrastructure in accordance with Google's own privacy documentation and the configuration used on this site.

Contact-form submissions are sent through our server-side email system so the message can reach our inbox. This includes the name, email address, subject, and message that you choose to submit.

Retention periods vary by service and purpose. Browser-local favorites remain until removed from the browser. Contact messages may remain in our email system as reasonably needed. Analytics retention follows the settings configured in Google Analytics.

Name Combiner is a general-audience website. We do not knowingly use the site to collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental consent is legally required. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information inappropriately.

Hosting, email, and Analytics providers may process information in countries different from your own. Privacy requirements vary by location. Some browsers also provide Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, or other privacy signals; there is not one universal rule governing every signal in every jurisdiction.

Name Combiner does not currently run a personalized-advertising network or sell personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our tools, Analytics configuration, hosting, contact systems, service providers, advertising status, legal obligations, or data practices change. We will revise the Last Updated date when we make material changes.
